How it works
- Register with your Cambridge email and rank the formals you'd like this term — solo, or as a group that gets seated together.
- When the ballot closes, places are assigned by a preference-honouring random draw — fair, seeded, and no one gets a second formal before everyone who can be seated has one. You'll get your result by email, with calendar invitations attached.
- Plans change? Cancel up to 24 hours before; freed places are released at a random moment and offered to everyone — subscribe to a formal to be emailed when a spot opens.
- Afterwards, rate your evening out of 5 stars and browse reviews of every college before picking next term's swaps.
